1. Self-custody
American Reserve Wallet is a non-custodial software tool. Private keys and BIP-39 recovery phrases are generated and stored only on your device. American Reserve does not hold, transmit, access, or have any ability to recover your funds. If you lose your recovery phrase, the assets derived from it are permanently unrecoverable.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of holding and transacting in cryptoassets.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. American Reserve MSB Corporation Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
