Disclosures & disclaimers
Please read these disclosures carefully before using American Reserve Wallet. Using the wallet constitutes your acceptance of the risks described below.
Not financial advice
Nothing on the American Reserve website, application, documentation, changelog, roadmap, or any communication from American Reserve MSB Corporation Inc. constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. Cryptocurrency risk
Digital assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, and ERC-20 tokens, are highly speculative and volatile. The value of your assets may increase or decrease substantially in a short period of time, and you may lose the entire value of your investment. Cryptocurrency markets operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are not subject to the same market-closing rules as traditional securities exchanges. Prices may move sharply and without warning.

Digital assets held in your American Reserve wallet are not bank deposits and are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), or any other governmental or private insurance program. If you lose your seed phrase and cannot unlock your device, your digital assets cannot be recovered by American Reserve or any third party. There is no recovery mechanism for lost private keys.

American Reserve is a non-custodial wallet. This means: • You are solely responsible for the security of your seed phrase and PIN • American Reserve cannot freeze, seize, reverse, or recover your funds • American Reserve cannot reset your PIN or provide a backup of your keys • If you share your seed phrase with anyone — including support staff claiming to represent American Reserve — you risk permanent loss of your funds No legitimate American Reserve representative will ever ask for your seed phrase.
Regulatory and legal risk
The regulatory treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change. Activities that are legal in one jurisdiction may be restricted or prohibited in another. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of American Reserve complies with the laws of your jurisdiction before using the service. American Reserve MSB Corporation Inc. is registered in Montana, United States. American Reserve publishes its cryptographic core as open source to enable community review, but no software can be guaranteed to be free of defects. Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible. An incorrect address or malicious address replacement (address poisoning) will result in permanent loss of funds.
