§ 01 — Registration
U.S. registered Money Services Business

American Reserve MSB Corporation Inc. is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) under the Bank Secrecy Act, and with the Montana Secretary of State under registration number D1575431. MSB registration covers the transmission of virtual currency value. American Reserve does not take custody of customer funds — all private keys are held exclusively by users. Our registration reflects our commitment to operating within the U.S. regulatory framework as it applies to non-custodial wallet providers.

§ 02 — What we are not
Not a bank. Not an exchange.

American Reserve is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or cryptocurrency exchange. We do not: • Hold or transmit customer funds on our own balance sheet • Execute trades or swap assets on your behalf • Provide price guarantees or guaranteed returns • Issue or redeem digital assets • Operate an order book or liquidity pool If you encounter a service claiming to be "American Reserve" that offers any of the above, you are likely interacting with a fraudulent actor. Report such incidents to our security team immediately.

§ 03 — AML / BSA policy
Anti-Money Laundering program

As a registered MSB, American Reserve maintains a written Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and applicable FinCEN guidance. Our program includes: • Designated compliance officer • Risk-based transaction monitoring procedures • Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filing procedures • Recordkeeping requirements consistent with 31 CFR Part 1022 • Annual independent review of AML controls Because American Reserve is non-custodial, we do not transmit funds on behalf of users. Our AML obligations primarily relate to our status as a software provider and the obligations imposed on covered entities under FinCEN's 2019 guidance on convertible virtual currency.

§ 04 — Privacy & data
Minimal data collection.

American Reserve collects the minimum data necessary to operate the service. We do not collect your name, address, government ID, or any information about your on-chain activity. Wallet keys are generated and stored on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. Analytics, if enabled, are aggregated and anonymized. We do not sell user data to third parties.
